Third Party Facilitator trainings

Purpose

This training provides participants with the opportunity to gain  comprehensive knowledge of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prohibition, Prevention and Redressal) Act, 2013, and the practical skills necessary to become a professional third party facilitator. It is aimed at creating a pool of trainers who can be third party facilitators on internal complaints committees of other companies or organizations as mandated by this law.
