Monitoring Adult Education

Once a monitoring and evaluation plan has been prepared it is important to look at the different tools which will enable the plan on field. This includes looking at the planning tools, data collection methods, tools for analysis of data. This Module will inform the learners about

• The different monitoring tools and methodologies used The ways to develop such monitoring tools, keeping local realities in mind, in the context of adult education programmes
• The guidelines that should be followed when collecting monitoring data
• The purpose and guidelines to analysing the data collected

The knowledge of how to design a monitoring and evaluation plan will not only create empowered learners, but also a self-sustaining project that can modify and evolve itself through various challenges of the field.
