After the Enquiry Proceedings gets completed, we allow both the parties (Complainant & the Respondent) to submit their written arguments if any within 10 days and after that we submit the report to the management the ICC recommendation. My query is after we propose our recommendation, do we have to give any opportunity for the Respondent and the Complainant for their acceptance or denial to the ICC Recommendation and should we handover the complete report to both the parties or only the Recommendation?
