Abdul-
I believe annual Medical Evaluation should be planed based on the tasks and Exposure and should consider personal factors like Age, Sex and general Health Condition.
for Policy Sake , health surveillance can consider doing every year for Filed Workers and for office based workers it shall once in every two year

Very true and there is often a mandatory requirement for these medical examinations to be done inhouse by the organization or some hospital/healthcare service provider. For certain technical -blue collared jobs sometimes it is more than once as compared to the white collared-sedentary or office jobs.
