Assignment submission

Hello I am Sakshi Sundaram from pg diploma programme 2014. 

Our assignment deadline was extended to 28th Sept. 2014 which is a Sunday. Can we submit it on 30th september hence? I received the IGNOU notification informing that the deadline for exam form submission has been extended for a day i.e.1st October.

Also where is the slip that needs to be attached with the assignment? pg. no.? And do all the assignments need separate slips?
